Shilajit Resin
Most People Are Using Shilajit That Isn't Really Shilajit
The supplement market is flooded with powders, capsules, and resins that share a name but not a source. Understanding what authentic shilajit actually contains — and why it matters — is the first step.
Unverified Fulvic Acid Content
Most products make fulvic acid claims with no independent laboratory confirmation. No certificate number. No accredited lab name.
Vague "Himalayan" Origin Claims
Geographic claims are unverified in most cases. Lowland processing or third-party intermediaries are common — with no documentation.
No Heavy Metal Safety Data
Shilajit naturally accumulates minerals — including potentially harmful ones. Without independent testing, there is no way to verify safety.
Industrial Processing Destroys the Matrix
Spray-drying, high-heat concentration, and encapsulation all process the resin away from its natural whole-matrix form.

Mineral Profile
What the
Mineral Matrix Contains
A naturally occurring complex of fulvic acid, humic acid, and over 80 trace minerals in ionic form — as analysed by internationally accredited laboratories.
Fulvic Acid — Dry Matter Basis
Fulvic acid is a naturally occurring low-molecular-weight compound found within the mineral matrix of authentic shilajit resin. It is central to what makes shilajit compositionally distinct from any synthetic mineral supplement. Our independently confirmed figure of 79.6% on a dry matter basis was reported by Eurofins Food Testing UK Limited in April 2025. Total humic extract was confirmed at 85.4% dry matter.
Five Steps from
Mountain to Jar
Authentic shilajit cannot simply be packaged raw. Every step of preparation affects purity, potency, and safety. Here is exactly what happens to every batch.
Collected by hand from high-altitude rock formations above 17,000 feet in Gilgit-Baltistan. Only select-grade raw material is accepted for processing.
Raw shilajit is visually and compositionally graded. Only material meeting defined mineral and texture standards proceeds to purification.
Multi-stage controlled purification including agitation, mixing, and ultra-nano filtration to remove natural impurities without disrupting the mineral matrix.
The purified resin is spread in thin layers and naturally sun-dried over 45–60 days. No industrial heat processing. This preserves the dense mineral form.
Filled by hand in small lots within a GMP-verified environment. Each jar is lot-tracked with batch documentation and a 3-year shelf-life record.

How to Use Healing Shilajit™
Measure
Scoop a small pea-sized portion of resin — approximately 300–500mg. The resin is dense; a small amount dissolves into a full cup of liquid. Use the included tool or a small spoon.
Dissolve
Place the portion into warm — not boiling — water, milk, or herbal tea (approximately 30–50ml). Stir gently for 30–60 seconds until fully dissolved. The liquid will turn a deep amber-brown colour.
Drink & Continue
Consume once daily, ideally in the morning or before activity. Consistency matters more than dose size. Most people find a sustained morning routine most effective.
Authentic resin has a characteristic earthy, mineral scent and taste — this is normal and expected from genuine whole-matrix resin. Colour varies naturally between batches due to seasonal and geographic variation. Store below 25°C / 77°F in the original airtight jar, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 3 years from manufacture. Do not refrigerate — cold temperatures cause the resin to harden excessively.
The Mineral Matrix — Explained
Fulvic Acid
A naturally occurring low-molecular-weight compound central to the mineral complexity of authentic shilajit resin. Fulvic acid is a component of the broader humic substance matrix — formed through centuries of plant decomposition and microbial activity at high altitude. Our resin contains 79.6% fulvic acid on a dry matter basis, independently confirmed by Eurofins UK (April 2025).
Humic Acid & Humic Substances
Humic acid (5.8% dry matter confirmed by Eurofins UK) complements fulvic acid in the broader humic substance complex. Together they form the primary bioactive matrix of authentic shilajit resin. Total humic extract was confirmed at 85.4% dry matter. These are naturally occurring compounds — not added or concentrated. They are present because this is genuine whole-matrix resin.
80+ Ionic Trace Minerals
The mineral matrix includes over 80 trace minerals in ionic form — including magnesium (9,894 mg/kg), calcium (14,437 mg/kg), potassium (24,745 mg/kg), zinc, iron, and selenium — naturally chelated within the humic substance matrix. These values are from our internal Technical Data Sheet (Document HHPL-290699, Revision 024, January 2025).
Dibenzo-α-Pyrones
Small naturally occurring molecules unique to authentic shilajit resin — not present in synthetic mineral supplements or generic powder extracts. They are part of the molecular complexity that distinguishes whole-matrix resin from processed derivatives. Their presence is a marker of authentic, minimally processed Himalayan shilajit resin from verified high-altitude sources.
Pure Resin.
Nothing Added.
Healing Shilajit™ contains one ingredient: 100% purified Himalayan Shilajit Resin. No flow agents. No fillers. No synthetic additives. No processing aids. No encapsulation agents. No standardized extracts. No artificial anything. The only substance in every jar is the resin itself.

A Consistent Pattern.
"The first shilajit where I could actually verify the lab results. I checked the Eurofins certificate number myself. Rare in this market."
"The texture and smell are exactly what I expected from authentic resin. Previous products I tried were clearly processed differently — much lighter, no character."
"Researched shilajit for six months before purchasing. Chose this because it was the only brand that named the specific lab, gave the certificate number, and explained the EU regulation it complies with."
Questions We
Expect You to Ask
Authentic shilajit resin has a characteristic earthy, mineral, slightly bituminous scent and taste. This is entirely normal — it is what genuine high-altitude mineral resin smells and tastes like. If a shilajit product is completely odourless and uniform in flavour, that is the unusual result. Natural variation between batches is also expected and is not a quality indicator.
Authentic resin products are temperature-sensitive. In warm conditions the resin softens; in cool conditions it firms. This is expected behaviour for an unprocessed mineral resin. Store below 25°C / 77°F for consistent texture. Do not refrigerate — this hardens the resin excessively and makes portioning difficult. Uniform consistency in all conditions would indicate heavy processing or synthetic additives.
Yes, significantly. Powders and capsules are processed derivatives of resin — they require spray-drying, concentration, or encapsulation that introduces additional processing steps between collection and consumption. Healing Shilajit™ is whole-matrix resin — the material as it exists after traditional purification and sun-drying, with no further processing. If your previous product was uniform, odourless, and free-flowing, it had been heavily processed from the resin state.
We have six independent laboratory reports from five ISO-accredited laboratories across three countries — all confirming heavy metal levels far below established safety thresholds. Lead: 0.014–0.088 mg/kg (EU guideline: 3.0 mg/kg). Mercury: below instrument detection limits. Cadmium: negligible. The reports have certificate numbers and dates. They are available on request. This is not a claim — it is documented analytical chemistry.
Consistency over time matters more than any single dose. Clinical studies have generally observed changes over 4–8 weeks of daily use. Individual results depend on baseline health, lifestyle, and consistent daily practice. We make no specific claims about what you will or will not experience — we focus on providing an authentic, well-documented product and leave the rest to your experience.
Yes. Laboratory reports from Eurofins USA, Eurofins UK, AgroLab LUFA Germany, and PCSIR Pakistan are available on request. Contact us through the website. We do not redact or modify reports before sharing them. What the laboratories found is what we share.
